What is edging? Edging is a word used to describe a process where you prolong sexual stimulation for a longer time, by playing around the edge of sexual stimulation and ejaculation. So, you stimulate yourself sexually, and then try and stay in that stimulation zone for as long as possible. With time, your brain will register a longer timeframe between first sexual stimulation and ejaculation, and it would increase the time it takes you to ejaculate during real sex.
So how do you practice edging? I think another name to give edging would be 'mastering masturbation.' You edge by masturbating and not ejaculating. You start stimulating your penis, stroking it up and down like how you do while masturbating, and then when you feel you are about to 'come' you stop yourself. You wait for about two minutes for the sexual sensation to subside a bit and then repeat the same process. Find time to do this three times a week, and after the first week, you will start seeing positive results.
